Sujet build 4204 CDJ2000 controller refresh signal bad

In this build the CDJ2000nexus controllers are recieving a choppy signal back to display on the screen and deck. It doesn't matter what i set the controller refresh setting to. It was also doing this while the alpha builds were out. Going to rollback a build in the mean time.
