You could use Google to find your answer. This is really the wrong forum. Most here are DJs, not producers.

I just went thru an extensive search for my first controller and saw music production mentioned here and there. I have seen DJ/producers on Youtube that mentioned their equipment. A basic controller meant for mobile DJ's like Denon's MC4000 is "not meant for music production". High end controllers are what is needed among other things. High end mics as well.
