Sujet Shrinking down the EFFECT's window sizes.

Greetings,

Is there a way I can reduce the size of all the effects in my skin? I need more space for all the stuff to the left of the effects section. Can it be done with the XML skin file?

Or it possible to change the effect's data window to variable size instead of static? I'd love to be able to make these adjustable size.
