Somehow i cannot find the skin i use for karaoke with the effects of hands clapping the siren and the horn? What do i need to do?

You mean the Sampler Bank that includes the Clap, Horn etc ?
If not available as Sampler Banks (AUDIO FX and FAMOUS) in Sampler view of Sideview, http://www.virtualdj.com/manuals/virtualdj/interface/browser/sideview/sampler.html you can install again from VirtualDJ Settings->Extensions tab -->Samples->AudioFX category
But nothing to do with Karaoke skin, unless i miss-understood what you asked for.

Or maybe sampler disapear from just next to karaoke (new feature)
simply right click "Sideview Options" and select "Show Sampler"
and verify it shows "Audio FX" page
