Is it possible to get an echo that will ONLY echo a certain frequency??

You csn use the low pasd and high pass filter options of the echo effect to limit the range.
It's not a very strong filter but depending on what you need it could be ok

There is no dll to copy.
Settings are stored in Documents\VirtualDJ\Plugins\native_Echo.ini so you can copy this file if you want to copy the settings.
