Hi I pay for the monthly $19 dollar subscription and it was working fine. Recently I keep Getting cut off and a message that says there’s a 10 min limit without a license . I’m using a denon mc2000 AND I’m paying for a monthly license . Any help is greatly appreciated since I keep getting an email that says

So please just download the V8 from here and enter your accountname and password. That's it :-)”

It looks like your current acount to have a pro-infinity license
If you connect to VDJ using this account you wouldn't have any limitation

I do connect using my acct and as mentioned it use to work fine. Now I’m getting locked after 10 mins

What do you see in VirtualDJ Settings->LICENSES tab under "Current licenses" ?

Are you perhaps trying to use a different audio config to the default controller one?

With a Pro subscription or Pro Infinity, any audio setup is supported, so that cant be the issue.
