I have a question about my mac

I have a Macbook Air early 2015
Intel Core i5 1.6GHz
4 GB Ram
Intel HD Graphics 6000 with 1536 MB

I want to know if with this mac is enough to mix video without any problems?


What do you think?

Since you already have it, why not just try it?
 
Adion, you beat me to it. Although RAM seems a bit low.
 
Depends on what you need. For just mostly regular playing/mixing of 2 properly encoded video's in a normal resolution it should be fine.
If you want to do a lot of video scratching, cue jumping, more than 2 decks, shaders or other intensive visualisations then it's probably a bit on the low end.

The only think that I want to do is to mix audio while showing video of the songs.
I dont want to make effects with the videos, only when switch the song
 
So have you tried it?

I have an older Mac mini with roughly the same specs and yeah it'll mix video. I wouldn't ever use it as a full time gig machine but it should work......
 
I use a 2010 core 2 duo MacBook Pro and I mix videos. Make sure you use a fan control program. Turn the fan speed all the way up It should work fine.
