Sujet: Crossfader issue

Ce topic est ancien et peut contenir des informations obselètes ou incorrectes.

I've just recently had this issue and can't resolve it. When I slide the crossfader all the way to one side it slowly creeps back to the other side. I have noticed that when I slide it all the way there is red or blue back lit in the crossfader background. Using a Denon MC6000. Never had this problem before updating VDJ. Thoughts ?

Nothing to do with any VDJ update. Most likely its a hardware fault. Please contact Denon Support
