Sujet: Gemini pmx-10 soudcard issues

I'm having problems using the soundcard function of this mixer. After tinkering around with the settings, I finally got it to hear the timecode, but it doesn't seem to understand the signal. I'm using the latest timecode downloaded from the website. I have other soundcards that work so I don't know if my setting are incorrect or if the mixer itself are to blame. I'm not a newbie so I thought I cod figure it out. I was mistaken.
Could use some help on this situation before I send it back.
