What is this "Update pitch stretching library"?, I mean i know it's an update (coz it says so) but what is it and where can I play with it?

With default settings (master tempo on, pitchQuality to 2 or 3) you are already using it.
It's a small bug fix update that can fix some glitches in some rare cases.
