I may be missing it, but I downloaded it, but I can't find it in my app. Where did it go?
 
This is is not an app or an effect, this is a bank of samples:
go to sampler and select "Dancehall Vocal Pack II" then you get 23 samples
"Bombaclatt" ... "XPlotion"
