I have a large amount of samples already cut I would like to use in the sampler. All of which need to have their setting changed and saved as Loops, i.e. sync start or sync.
Is there a way to bulk change these?

No, and VDJ will insist on creating a copy of every sample in its own format any time you make a change - so you will end up with twice as many files.
Why it works this way with samples I have no idea, because it doesn't with music files. Why can't the data be saved in the database?
