Sujet mapping master fx to ddj rr button

hi everybody-

i have a question :

i have a pioneer ddj rr console & i would like to map the master fx (lets say flanger) to a empty button (lets say the sync or cue button(s) between the volume faders) on the console.
i would like to press it once to activate the fx & press it again to de-activate.
Also i would like to use the led on that button to know when the fx is activated or not (on & or blink).
