Sujet: NO Support from VDJ

Ce topic est ancien et peut contenir des informations obselètes ou incorrectes.

I have put TWO seperate tickets in to VirtualDJ with NO response.

Is this the type of support they normally provide?

couldn't say, you're being far to vague.
how long has it been? what was the issue?
 

Regardless of what the issue is there has been no response. First ticket was put in 2 weeks ago. Next ticket was put in 3 days ago.
 

 

Where are they replied to? They're not in my ticket list and I see no emails.
 

 

those are from 2013 ....
and not only that, marked as answered as well ;-)

Look in your email inbox. Your answer should be there, its a more "modern" system now, where you get replies to your email..

Yes. I KNOW they're from 2013. That's my POINT. My tickets aren't THERE.
