While playing I get glitches. I upgraded my software . I like to know why is the happening .

....and we would like to know much more information. Just saying "I get glitches" doesn't really help to narrow it down.
What are you playing - audio or video? What are you playing it with - spec of computer and make/model of controller or audio interface?
What is glitching - sound? video? graphics?
