Sujet headphone mix mapping

so i have run into some issues with my denon mcx8000 not wanting to control the mix of the headphones in my vdj software. i thought this was a mapping issue but i dont know how to fix it. is there someone who can help me with that?

What's your audio config in VDJ (post a screengrab)?
