I attempted to set up the ask the dj function...I followed the instructions and conducted a test run. It seemed to send properly, nothing was displayed in the folder. My internet connection is fine. What could be the problem?

Logged in, inside the software?
And right-click the "Ask The DJ" folder to make sure its not set to monitoring off
