virtual dj does not want to play music,it seems like there ia a 1/64 loop; even thoughthe loop function is off.moving the cursor to another part of the song,the asme thing happens -just vibrates extra quick in the same place.looked at the cue and loop settings and do not know how to fix it.please help.

One of the possibilities:
sounds like an issue with timecode enable in audio settings unconnected and activated with spurious signal detected
as a no license user you can simply disable it in audio settings
or switch it off in the panel : in pro layout, left to the jog "custom button, loops, hotcues & timecode"
but may be some other reason...

This jittery-deck issue is usually because the audio config is setup to use an output that VDJ can't gain access to
So maybe it's not there anymore (if it's external), or maybe it's block by another process
So I suggest
1. Check that the audio config is setup to send the audio output where you want it to go
2. Check that the operating system is not also sending output to the same resource
3- Set exclusive audio access to no in VDJ
4. Reboot the laptop
5. Make sure you are not starting any other software besides VDJ on the laptop
...load a track and try playing it again
