Sujet: Denondj Prime 2 and VDJ 2021

Any idea why VDJ 2021 closes everytime I try to start my Prime 2? It loads okay but won't pair up with prime. I loaded all the firmware.

Meant to say it loads okay on my computer but closes while trying to pair with Prime 2
