Can't post video here of it but music is played on high spec machine reading off an evo 970 drive with stems pre computed, but they just keep skipping pausing? Happy to email a video

Skin FPS is set to 30fps in options

Try a higher number like 60. I had jumping with 30 and it went away instantly once increased.

Ok tried that but still jump, not sure what else i can try.
Could it be video card related although i do have a Radeon RX 570 ARMOR 8GB OC GDDR5 Graphics Card so should handle it ok, if it doesn't my laptop stands no chance

If your cpu has graphics too you could see if useHighPowerGPU setting to either high or low power makes a difference

set useLowPowerGPU to high power it is on default
