Could be that its "sleeping" and Windows needs to wake it up first, before VDJ can access
(if its just sometimes, or just first song)
Or perhaps you mean the stems feature, where song loads instantly, but that a 2nd "load" happens where it generates stems (that can take a few seconds, if not having a dedicated graphic card or very fast cpu)
