Sujet Remove channel C & D Channel

Is it possible to remove the C and D Channel from the Pro Default skin. I am looking for a simple interface with an end of song warning.

Both Pro and Performance layouts of default skin have an option to show 2 Decks (A and B) from the Layout menu at the top , and both have end-track warning.
