Hi folks. Just looking for advice as to what may be causing popping sound. I switched to my Devon MC 6000 and the popping went away. Do you think there may be something internally wrong with the controller or perhaps a setting?. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

often pop/crackle is due to the audio buffer on the driver running dry.
If on windows, using asio drivers, try set the buffer / latency to 256 or 512....
If not using asio, do same in VirtualDJ settings, look for latency entry.
Should you need higher values than that, can use this tool to check what prevents real time audio:
