Hi,
I have a Atem Mini Pro with a USB 3 output as a webcam,
unfortunately Virtual does not work with the webcam signal.
The webcam signal can be seen but there is no output in Virtual DJ.

In OBS Studio it is output as a webcam!

Who has an idea what it is?

nobody knows anything about this?

when I start the atem webcam I get the following error message:
Blackmagic Designs: Unable to read sample (e: -2147023727 w:1920 h:1080 s:7680 fmt:RGB32)

who knows something about this?
 
Can you try to use the resolution button to change to a different resolution or format?

the atem mini does not allow any other resolution or format!

the webcam plugin obviously cannot handle a resolution of 1920 x 1080,
will that be fixed?
 
No, the webcam plugin supports any resolution fine.
Seems like a problem with the webcam drivers when used as Media Foundation source

how can I solve the problem?
Atomix has an Blackmagic ATEM Mini Pro and can test it?
 
If you used it elsewhere (like OBS), maybe the driver is not freed up properly, so you could also try a computer restart, and enable the cam in VDJ first and only..

But yeah, dont have this hardware so cant test ;-)

the problem also exists with a freshly started PC!
