Sujet getting rid of my old DJ computer

hi people i need help on how to save my playlists as i am getting my dj computer.
all my playlist were set ( cue point, hotcue point, remix point).
so my question is: is any way i can shift my playlist from old computer to the new one?
please help me,,,
