When i set low knob to neutral position, software recognize this position to completely killed low frequensies position. When i try to set it again to neutral position, it turns back again to completely killed frequency position. What is wrong, is this software bug or controller is bad. Numark FX Platinum.

I am giving more detailed video of the problem. I am returning back the controller for testing and hopefully they replace it. The controller worked fine for several hours wirh VDJ and then this problem occured. I tried to play some songs with Serato and there i didn't see this problem, low frequencies were not killed. What can cause this problem?
