I bought remote virtual dj it turns on and connects but after 15 seconds the screen disappears and a new useless screen appears! How can I go about solving the problem? my iPadOS version 14.6

Works great my end with iPad and iOS 14.6
Just for sake of testing, maybe try restart the computer and pad, as well as network router.
Probably wont fix, but since working fine on my end, worth a try ;-)

Also what remove version are you using?
The skin looks like from a previous older version.
If so, make sure to update the remote
