I have a DDJ-SX2. After the last update my crossfader has changed. It no longer will fade from the A side to the B side. It now cuts off the song playing completely as the fader crosses the center mark. I've tried changing many settings with no results. Has anyone else seen this and figured out the fix?

check the crossfaderCurve setting
 
Tried all the settings and nothing changed
 
From your description sounds like you have 'cut' xf curve.
