Sujet: DDJ-400

I noticed with the DDJ-400 the vu/gains are mapped as i would expect, i.e leds/vu matches that of vdj . Is this just down to using WASAPI compared to the DDJ-1000 ASIO, that as mentioned in another post (locked) does not reflect that of VDJ but does in Rekordbox. Are they basically working, routing audio differently? If nothing helpful to say please ignore the post.
