Sujet: While pressed, action after pressed

My question is like
After released from the keyboard then the action work. Something like;
deck 1 play : deck 2 stop immediately after release, if still the key is pressed then deck 2 still until I release my finger.

Not intension, don't have, now working small small to get money to buy, not having controller so I want my keyboard be perfect and easy that why asking. Play if get I will buy

What I have done is
''down ? deck 1 play & deck 2 level -0.003125 : deck 2 stop'' I want to do another action so that when this is working I can use the 'loop', 'loop_half' and 'loop_double' on the deck 2 but when I started pressing on, the 1 action pauses.

I want how I can lock it so that the 1st action will be pressed once and do the action.

What should I add to the level to continue until it get to 0% so that I can work on the loop
 
try things like that :
deck 1 play & repeat_start rvl 170ms 22 & deck 2 level 0% ? repeat_stop rvl & stop : level -5%
