Are you using Windows 10?
If not you should upgrade, or use the 32-bit version of VirtualDJ

What version do I need to roll back to in order to run on Windows 8.1? Where can I find this download?

If you download from that machine it will detect it's 32 bit and install the correct version.

I use 64 bit VDJ and I did download from inside the app, but now I can't open VDJ. FYI, previous versions of VDJ run fine on Windows 8.1. I just need to know the last, stable build that I can run, and I won't update in the future. I found the download page, but need the correct build to select before downloading:

6541 is the last 64-bit version that might run on windows 8
