I have the denon mc6000mk2 and I have the full license. I updated my Mac book to the latest update and for some reason virtual is giving me the 10 minute limit with my controller. So I’m not sure what I need to do…. For the meantime I purchased the monthly subscription to not be left out for my gigs. I’ve tried to buy a new license but it won’t allow me to.

login, if you're only getting the 10min trial you haven't logged in.

Where do I go to sign in though? I can’t find it.
 
Do I need to connect my controller in order to log in?
 
 
There is another way in the software go to options and search internet stay logged in tick yes and don't log in tick no .

So like I said. Last night I had to purchase a monthly subscription to get through the night. Is there a possible way I could get a refund since I already have the license?
