Hi,

I can't use my Pioneer DDJ-400 on Virtual Dj.

What do I need please?

You need to get the controller recognized by your laptop before even opening VDJ
That includes the midi controls and the soundcard inside of it
If that is not happening, then VDJ, which sits on top, can't do anything about it, because it can't see it
