one other question. Would a AMD processor be ok to use for stems. Video card will be rtx 2080 or 30...

Better with Intel & Nvidia for stems as they can run on the GPU. Wouldn't personally recommend AMD.
But since you've said you're buying it it's a moot point.....

The video card is rtx 2070 but is there a big difference with the 30 series. Again Im only playing audio nothing else.
