While using virtual dj the decks keep swapping from 1-2 and 2-1, any idea on how to fix this?

Can you provide further details, or an example of what u mean "decks swap" ?
Is it what u see on skin, is it audio routing ? Related to a controller ?

im almost 100% sure the timecode is swapping from left to right and right to left on its own
