Sujet Numark DJ Controller Mixtrack Pro FX
hi everybody-

I am looking to switch my back up ddj wego2 with either this controller (Numark DJ Controller Mixtrack Pro FX) or the ddj sb3.
Does anybody have any reviews on the numark controller -sound wise- ?
Is the lack of Asio drivers (for both of them) any problem (wasapi only) ?
is there enough & good sound coming out of the units (numark or ddj sb3) ?
is it possible to remap the 6 fx on the numark unit to vdj fx ?
or are they build in & hardware but not changeble ?

i have been very happy over the years with the ddj wego2 for smaller events, no problems so far (although it is ...small).

the numark is cheaper then the ddj sb3 , but is this good or will i regret not getting the ddj sb3 ?
any input welcome !

thank you very much for your time

I've had a mixtrack controller for years(old mixtrack Pro unit) and always used the asio4all driver, a generic asio driver that works well and preferable over windows audio drivers, do a search loads of info available

I have this controller and find the built in sound good enough for home DJ use.
The only issue arises if I try to use my external 2i2 asio alongside the onboard waspi headphones as the delay is problematic. I just enable both deck monitors to resolve this.
Everything is configurable via vdj but I haven't tried overriding those 6, but just the filter knob.

For me the only problem with the pro fx is the jog wheel if you like to scratch. For normal DJ use is great as are the effects.
