Hello, I played with the 'free' VirtualDJ yesterday, and decided to get a Pro licence. Now my deck seems to be completely dead. I can do nothing and there are no useful error message to give me a clue about what's going on. I have looked through the emails I received about the licence and there doesn't seem to be a key I need to input anywhere. I'm feeling £18 the poorer and not very happy at all.

no keys, just log in to software with the details you used here.

You can logout/login and verify your Pro license in VirtualDJ Settings->LICENSES tab. You should see VirtualDJ Pro under "Current Licenses" box.
