I've got a Mixars Duo connected to virtual Dj using the factory settings.
Unfortunately I've noticed the when I move the crossfader to the right channel, the audio gets muted, I can't hear no sound. When I move the crossfader on the left channel everything's fine.
Both che channel faders work correctly.
Any suggestion how to fix this issue?

and if you click the blue headphone button at the channel, you hear sound?
if so you probably have wrong sound setup, and what you are hearing is headphone output
