Hi,
I've just done a fresh install on my mac M1 on Ventura with early acces V7349 :
(new ventura install, and new V7349)
i've lost VIRTUALDJ folder in documents with custom pad, midi mapping, ect....
When i search in Finder : nowhere... ( and no icloud activated, and not find in icloud)
Strange ?

For new installations VirtualDJ home folder is no longer located inside "Documents" folder.
Instead it uses Library folder (which is what Apple recommends for apps to do)
In order to access the home folder open VirtualDJ settings and press the small cog icon on bottom right side of the "Options" tab

I've just went the settings to allow early access updates and after clicking yes for the download, VDJ won't open.
I'm trying to locate the database file to preserve it cause it seems i would hv to re-install VDJ. There's no cog for me to click on and for this reason i would like the path to the files.
If i do a fresh reinstall, would that erase my database files?

There's no need to uninstall anything, you can simply download the full installer again from https://www.virtualdj.com/download/index.html for stable, or the current Early Access build from https://www.virtualdj.com/download/build.html
