hello
i have a xdj rx2. And everything is working with vdj. Ecxept my fx 1 and 2. I can see them change on the software but they dont work. my fx master works normaly.
WHen i put the hardware mixer mode on, my fx are all working but the soundlevel drops verry hard.
IS this normal?

By Fx 1, Fx 2, you mean when the FX ASSIGN is in positions 1 and 2 (Nr .22 from here.. https://www.virtualdj.com/manuals/hardware/pioneer/xdjrx2/layout/mixer.html ) ?

yes. i can see them change in the software, but nothing happens. only if i put in on master i can hear thr effect running

Most likely you haven't applied the correct Audio Setup, depending on the Mixer Mode your device is set to.

Also, read how the BEAT FX section works on each mode.
The Mixer mode is changed from VirtualDJ Settings->OPTIONS->CONTROLLER sub-category when the XDJ-RX2 is connected.

PeterChepers, are you talking about the difference between the master output level when changing between Midi and Hardware mode on the RX2?
