I hope you can help me understand what I am doing wrong when connecting an external Microphone to the Microphone plug or any external source to the Aux of my Numark NS4FX.
After configuring the Audio Settings and enabling either Mic or Line 1, I get this feedback/loop. I tried playing with the settings, but I can't get rid of it. Do you know what it could be?

You need to remove the mic Input from your Audio setup

Thank you so much, that's what I thought as well.
What I would love to do is to add FX to the mic input with a third party app (reverb, echo, eq, etc). Any suggestion on what I could use? I use Windows.
