my computer is running windows 10. the new stem update wont allow me to use stems on the fly. if i were to buy a new computer with windows 11 does that have the specs to use the stem feature? Im on a budget and cant afford a thousand dollar computer.

It's not the operating system - it's the actual computer specs that will be preventing you from using STEMS 2.0 on the fly.
