Cleaning up files. Deleting duplicates and moving some to different folders.
All through VDJ. Came across one file that says I need permission to move file.
Cannot get past it.
Any idea please?

Most likely a file permissions issue.
So, open Explorer/Finder, locate the file and check it's attributes to make sure that you have full access over it and that the file is not set as read only.

Not read only and have full access. Still need to provide administration permissions.

I everytime start vdj as admin, to get no problems if I editing anything.

Could be a "too long file name" issue, if on Windows and if file name (including path) for target > 256 chars.
