Is there a way to put it to analyze one track at a time?

Why would you want to do that?
VirtualDJ automatically uses as many cores as possible to scan faster.
However if the system load is high, it reduces the number of cores used.
 
I work with weddings and birthdays and the last time I put a pen drive in to analyze Virtual DJ stopped
