hi ive just moved from serato to VDJ when i plug my controller in I cannot get the Cue buttons to work for my headphones Im getting the music through them both the same music I am using a pioneer ddj sb2 any help would be appreciated

Do you have speakers and headphones connected to the SB2 ?

yes i have the headphones and the speakers connected

And your VirtualDJ Audio setup is like..
Master --> DDJ-SB2 ASIO --> Chans 1,2
Headphones ->DDJ-SB2 ASIO -> Chans 3,4
?
Any chance the CUE/MIX knob Nr.11 https://virtualdj.com/manuals/hardware/pioneer/ddjsb2/mixer.html is not at minimum (CUE) position ?
If all the above are correct, try to open Windows Sound and select your computer's built-in sound card as the default Playback device (instead of the SB2) and try again.
