I don't know why my new pioneer ddj400flx docent work with virtual dj.
i have connected it all lights up, the right controller is connected but no sound output.

Nobody else is going to know either, unless you provide more information.
First off, there's no such thing as a DDJ-400FLX. Which product do you actually have?
Are you on a Mac or PC? What OS are you running? Which version of VDJ (inc build) are you using?
If it requires a driver, did you install it?
Please confirm that you're using the default audio config, and you've connected speakers to the output of the unknown DDJ controller.

It's actually pioneer ddj400flx4
I run virtual dj pro infinity license
Running windows 10
Virtual dj sees detects the player but no sound comes out from speakers as it works with my old numark platinum pro 3.
Do i need a mapping to enable it work?
