Happy holidays all!
I am playing with OS2L together with QLC++ on the same machine and I got it all to work perfect by using IP 127.0.0.1:9996 as described in the manual.
But if I want to use QLC++ on a separate machine connected to VDJ PC by RJ45 cable how do I figure out / control the correct IP and port in that case?

direct machine to machine in one cable you'd need a crossover rj45 cable, not a standard rj45

Ok thanks. It’s ok to use a switch in between aswell.
But I don’t know how I should configure the IP adress and port…
I don't know if it's best to run VDJ and QLC+ on separate machines, but it feels better to take some load of the VDJ PC at least

I have no issues running VDJ, showxpress and various other things on.my laptop at the same time. CPU sits around 3 to 4 percent with it all running during a gig.
