How do I get my Behringer into Virtual DJ? Is this even possible ?

Well, if I'm not mistaken it offers just one stereo input/output through the USB bus.
This means that at most you can send the sound of "Master" VirtualDJ channels to it while you'll need to keep your headphones pluged in your laptop.
To make the audio of the USB go to the master of Behringer I think you need to press the RED button label "2-TR/USB TO MAIN" that's located above the headphones volume knob (on the master section of Behringer)
The other way is to use an external independed audio interface with 4 (2 stereo) outputs and use it as a completely analog mixer.
However these kind of mixers are not really designed for DJ use. The faders will wear out fairly quickly if you start using it as a DJ mixer.

You want the output from the Behringer to feed into VDJ via USB?
George (Phantom) is correct. It only has a single stereo USB audio channel in & out.
