Sujet tracks on my computer

hello.for some reason the tracks on my Macbook have no bass when I play with virtual dj. this just started. when I use tidal and beatsource there is zero issues.. any thoughts?

Most likely some Stem button/pad/knob on your controller is enabled/pressed, that keeps Bass muted.
Could help your workflow if you put resetStemsOnload setting to "All"

It's normal for Tidal tracks, as they dont offer Stems separation anymore.

Can you send a link to reset the stems?

goto CONFIG and type "STEMS"

Are you saying that you ticked the 'no' box?

If you want to reset the stems, ticking 'no' is not going to work....

djdad already told you what to do.
