How can I unblock my account on virtual dj

I have paid for my licence on 8/4/2024. Apparently I cannot used my software because it has not being processed to the software. This has indeed caused me a great deal of anxiety, stress and the inconvenience .
In addition why has my account been blocked? I regularly pay my licence when it is due and now my account is blocked.
I Sincerely want this problem solved ASAP.

Your account is not blocked, and your license appears fine, so just make sure you log into the software with the same account as you did here on the forum.

My account states it is blocked and to contact technical support.

Accounts can be blocked if Atomix think they are being used by multiple people or breaking the EULA. The user needs to contact support to get it unlocked.
